Run Club

These sessions are for intermediate runners who have done some running already, (ideally running under 34 minutes for 5K or have progressed from the Beginners group). They are ideal for those who are looking to get more out of their running by working with a qualified running coach who can take their running to the next level.

The sessions are aimed at those who either want to increase their general fitness, or for those who are currently training for a race from 10K to the Marathon and want to add a bit of race specific sharpness so that they are in Personal Best shape.

Each week we focus on a different component of running fitness, so that we can improve the speed, strength, and endurance, supporting you to become a more rounded runner. This takes place within a contained area where no one gets left behind, and everyone is encouraged to train at a level that suits them, in order to get the most out of their training.

Through experience of working in fitness for 25 years, I appreciate that no two runners are the same, therefore, my main aim from my groups is that everyone goes home having had an enjoyable workout that was specific to them.
