With my online training you are basically hiring me as your own Personal Running Coach where I will design your training around your current fitness level and align them with the goals you would like to achieve. Unlike a generic running programme, I will design your training around you and you only, taking into consideration situations that a generic plan won’t cover, such as:
• Training that is based on you and you only.
• Training that is based around where you are right now with your fitness, making sure that you are training at the right intensities, speeds and running volume (time/distances) that will be applicable to your current fitness level.
• From there we will progress the training as you start to see fitness improvements as we head towards achieving your goal.
• The training can also be adapted around real life situations that can affect your training such as family/work commitments, injury/illness, and travel/holidays. In these situations I will suggest training adaptations so that you are not jumping back in too soon if you have picked up an injury or have been upwell. I will ensure you train at the right level.
• Unlimited access to me as your Coach: My online clients can contact me anytime they like with questions and for advice/support in order to help them achieve the most out of their training.
