Training is only one component of successful preparation for a race of any distance. How you fuel and hydrate your body before, during and after can lead to even more success.
My nutrition service provides you with the knowledge you’ll need to ensure you are fuelling and hydrating sufficiently to power your training, recover better, and repair muscles post-training.
I will advise you on how many calories via carbohydrates, fat, and protein you’ll need to optimise your training and recovery. I do this by using a periodised strategy where your calorie quantities differ on a day to day basis, based on your training days, recovery days and when you are racing. This can be tailored to maintain body weight, or to utilise weight loss strategies at specific times, should that be a goal.
