Sports Specific Training: Speed, Agility, Endurance

This service is for individuals who are looking to take participation in their sport to the next level through improving speed, agility or general fitness. Sessions are tailored to the requirements of the sport they take part in.

Over the years I have helped dozens of clients to cover more distance during game time, out-pace opponents, get to the ball quicker, improve reaction times, and make them more efficient in their sport.

These sessions sees the participant improve their speed, agility, and ability to change direction through a series of drills specific to their sport. We do this by mimicking game specific movements/scenarios, and sessions can also be tailored to certain playing positions.

I currently work with participants of ages 12+ in the following sports:

• Football
• Rugby
• Hockey
• Athletics (100m, 400m, 800m, 1500m, 3000m)
• Tennis
